And also, I really have a problem with my thighs, my "love handles", my stomach, but ESPECIALLY my arms. I want to be more thin than I am muscular. Hard as a motherfucker. I never cheated a night of working out. I have only not worked out TWO days in the past 6 months, because I was deathly sick… and I made it up twice as hard working out for like 2 hours for three days. I don’t like to pin point areas on my body that need work, so I just do exercises that will touch up all the core parts of the body. and then I fully, 150% support Nike Training Club for iPhones. Best work outs EVER. | |
